House of Contemplation at Chosen Path Church

    Chosen Path Church is the host of an officially recognized House of Contemplation.  A House of Contemplation is a place for Chosen Path Church members to get away from their normal daily life in order to reflect on and grow in their spiritual path.  It is not a Bed and Breakfast but rather a place for quiet time to move forward on your chosen path.

    Accommodations are temporary in nature, limited to one week, and need to be secured with reservations utilizing the contact form below.  There are black out dates so please wait for your reservation confirmation before making travel plans.  Accommodations are limited to two guests at this time. The resident Temple Head will be going about their normal schedule during the guests' stay and thus will not always be available to the guest but will check in daily with the guest to ensure their needs are met.

    While at the House of Contemplation, visitors will have access to all interior and exterior spaces other than the resident Temple Head's personal space. Please be aware that there are two cats that share the resident Temple Head's personal space and there is a cat colony supported by Chosen Path Church on the property. Visitors with strong pet allergies should bring precautionary medicines. Service animals are welcome but please be aware only the backyard is fenced. Due to the Florida heat, service animals will not be allowed to remain outdoors longer than necessary. Visitors are responsible for attending to and cleaning up after their service animals inside and outside.

    Meals, outings, and transportation are the responsibility of the guest.  Guests have access to all facilities needed to prepare their own meals. Transportation upon arrival or departure via public transportation may be possible depending on the day and time it is required.  There is a city bus stop a 9 minute walk from the House of Contemplation to utilize if guests wish to explore the city during their stay. Please detail your needs in your reservation request.

    Guests are optionally welcome to join in any Chosen Path Church gatherings that are scheduled during their stay.  These may include Reiki Circles, Study Groups, and Rituals as well as potential other gatherings.  Please ask about the Chosen Path Church schedule when coordinating calendars with the resident Temple Head for the stay.

    ​    If guests so wish, a love offering may be made to Chosen Path Church during the stay but it is not required.
